In route from Phoenix to Lubumbashi - more



This is the Airline food. I decided to play it safe and go with the chicken plate. It wasn't too bad. Note the little box of chocolates. I can't figure out why, but every dish cam with a napkin and two forks, one spoon, and three knives. Why three knives??? The bread was really good.


This was the entree and the salad. It was scallops, which were really good. The salad was fair. I'm not sure what the greens were, but they weren't lettuce.

Okay, the three knife thing got me so I did some Internet research. If you had fish, it makes sense because they have a butter knife, a diner knife and a fish knife in an official gourmet diner setting. But if you didn't have fish, well...who knows.
